Repair service & customer information (device repair)

If you request repair services from Fast Repair (in-store or online), we may collect information needed to provide service, such as your name, phone number, email (optional), device type/brand/model, serial number/IMEI (if provided), repair issue details, estimates, invoices, ticket numbers, and service status updates. We use this information to perform repairs, communicate with you, and provide customer support.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.
