Fast Repair Warranty

The Fast Repair warranty explains what our Sacramento shop covers after eligible repairs, how warranty support works, and which situations fall outside coverage.

Our warranty is meant to cover defects related to the replacement part we installed or the workmanship involved in the repair. If a covered issue appears during the warranty period, we inspect the device and determine whether the problem is related to the original repair.

Fast Repair warranty: what is covered

  • defects in eligible replacement parts installed by Fast Repair
  • workmanship issues related to the repair we performed
  • repeat failure of the repaired function when the cause is connected to the original service

What is not covered

  • physical damage after pickup, including drops, cracks, bent frames, or impact damage
  • liquid damage, corrosion, or moisture exposure after the repair
  • software issues, malware, account problems, or data loss unrelated to the repair
  • battery wear or reduced battery life caused by normal use
  • unrelated device problems that were not part of the original repair
  • devices previously repaired, modified, or opened by another party after our service

How warranty service works

If you believe there is a problem related to your repair, contact Fast Repair before visiting. Bring the device back to our Sacramento location and we will inspect it. If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the affected part at our discretion.

Warranty evaluation must be completed by Fast Repair. A warranty claim is not approved automatically just because a device has a similar symptom.

Important limitations

Our warranty does not guarantee waterproofing or water resistance, even if the device originally had that feature. Opening a device for repair can affect factory seals.

Some repairs involve fragile parts or devices with pre-existing damage. In those cases, additional issues may appear during or after service because of the device’s original condition rather than the completed repair itself.
